Automobilists Road Trip

After a 40 mile shake-down cruise circling Owen Sound this morning to check the brakes after a flush & fluid replacement last Friday, Grace and I are off to Markdale for a garage meet at Mike’s this afternoon.

Mr. Mini’s Meaford Move

I dropped by the new home of Mr. Mini in Meaford on Monday, on my way to a Georgian Bay British Car Club meeting.

Shop Master Paul Plunkett gave me the grand tour, and showed me some interesting Minis featuring Suzuki engines and transmissions that offer excellent performance and reliability – I’ll be back in a few weeks for a test drive, when the snow’s gone.

After 30 years in the Stoney Creek area, they’ve seen the light and moved to Grey County.
